What happens if I get a flat tire?
We strongly recommend that you always carry a cell phone when you ride in addition to having the phone number for the shop that you got your bike from handy. Should you get a flat tire or have a mechanical problem, stop riding, move to a safe location and contact the shop you got your rental from for further instructions.
